The Christie’s Photographic Process

One of the best things about working with Christie’s Photographic Solutions is our process that drives results for our clients by fusing expertise, efficiency, and creativity.

We are not a one-man band, we’re a team ready to support you and bring you everything you need. Any time of day, 24-7, take comfort knowing a member of our team will be ready to assist you. You will get an immediate response in the middle of the night if that’s what is needed. We’re happy to do it!

When we talk to you, be it by email or phone, we collect your information to create a price quote. We work to create a quote that fits your budget, typically within a one day period.

Once the contract is signed, then it goes into scheduling. Once services are scheduled, you’re going to get an email three days prior to your event with the name of your photographer, their cell phone number, and what to expect. Your photographer is going to show up 15 minutes prior to your event, briefly review with you the expectations for that event, and then ask you if there’s anything else you’d like to add.

After the photographer leaves, they’re going to turn in the images into our Photo Processing Department. Within three to five days, everything is edited and sent immediately back out to you via a number of ways. Images can be distributed through a privately secured website. This site can be a custom designed, mirroring the graphics of your event. This site and images can be shared with all of your attendees, distributed via social media, AV feeds, or any other purpose.

We can give you images immediately at your event. It really all depends on what works best for you. After you get those images, you’re free to use them any way you want. We do not retain the rights to images captured at your event. They are yours.

Beyond that, we send you an invoice and we ask you for feedback to ascertain if our services exceeded expectations or if there are ways we can continue to improve.
