The Christie’s Photographic Process

One of the best things about working with Christie’s Photographic Solutions is our process, which drives results for our clients by fusing expertise, efficiency, and creativity.

We are not a one-person band, we’re a team ready to support and bring you everything. Any time of day, 24-7, take comfort in knowing a team member will be ready to assist you. You will get an immediate response in the middle of the night if that’s what is needed. We’re happy to do it!

When we communicate with you by email or phone, we collect your information to create a price quote. We work to create a quote that fits your budget, typically within one day.

Once the contract is signed, it goes into scheduling. Once services are scheduled, you’ll receive an email three days before your event with the name of your photographer, their cell phone number, and what to expect. Your photographer will show up 15 minutes before your event, briefly review the expectations for that event with you, and then ask you if there’s anything else you’d like to add.

After the photographer leaves, they will turn the images into our Photo Processing Department. Everything is edited within three to five days and sent immediately back to you in several ways. Images can be distributed through a privately secured website. This site can be custom-designed, mirroring the graphics of your event. This site and images can be shared with all your attendees and distributed via social media, AV feeds, or any other purpose.

We can give you images immediately at your event. It depends on what works best for you. After you get those images, you can use them any way you want. We do not retain the rights to images captured at your event. They are yours.

Beyond that, we will send you an invoice and ask for feedback to determine whether our services exceeded expectations or if there are ways we can continue to improve.
