Return Policy
Our goal at Christie’s Photographic Solutions is your satisfaction. If dissatisfied with services, please contact our corporate office at 407-345-1100 and a manager will gladly assist you. In the event of postponement or cancellation of the contracted assignment, the studio has the right to invoice based on the contracted estimate. Notice within 5 days of assignment may result in a billing of 50% of estimate. Notice within 48 hours of assignment may result in a billing of 100% of estimated total. 1. Cancellation policy – More than 30 days notice will result in a 100% refund of any monies paid. Cancellation within 14 days of the assignment we reserve the right to bill 50% of the full contracted amount, which can be applied to a rebooking within 1 year of original contracted dates. Rebooking will be quoted at current rates at time of booking. Cancellation within 7 days or less the studio will bill/retain the full amount of the contracted amount and/or retainer. 2. The studio takes utmost care with respect to the delivery of the photographic products and services ordered. However, if the studio fails to comply with the terms of the contract due to any event or act outside of the control of the studio, the studio’s liability is limited to the refund of the deposits. Shipping policy: Standard turnaround time for images is 3-5 business days following event end date. We will gladly make arrangements for faster turnaround times – rush fees may apply.
