Our goal at Christie’s Photographic Solutions is your satisfaction. If dissatisfied with services, please contact our corporate office at 407-345-1100 and a manager will gladly assist you. In the event of postponement or cancellation of the contracted assignment, the studio has the right to invoice based on the contracted estimate. Notice within 5 days of assignment may result in a billing of 50% of estimate. Notice within 48 hours of assignment may result in a billing of 100% of estimated total. The studio takes utmost care with respect to the delivery of the photographic products and services ordered. However, if the studio fails to comply with the terms of the contract due to any event or act outside of the control of the studio, the studio’s liability is limited to the refund of the deposits. Shipping policy: Standard turnaround time for images is 3-5 business days following event end date. We will gladly make arrangements for faster turnaround times – rush fees may apply.
